I grew up in Grantown-on-Spey, and for over 16 years served the local community as a Heating Engineer for a well known national company. 

I'm very much a family man, which has been the main driving factor in starting up on my own.  To be more present for our two children, to be able to take them to their football matches at times, attend parents evenings, and much more will make such a positive difference to our lives.

I am also a Retained Firefighter with the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, having joined up in 2020.  It's a role I really enjoy, very much being part of the community and being there to help whenever we can.

My wife Heather, will be helping me on the office front, whilst juggling the kids and her own dog home-boarding business.  Please bear with her if she doesn't have an immediate answer, she's tried her best to not understand what I do for many years now!

My approach to my work has always been about honesty and genuine care.  I take pride in my work, and really do want to offer a cost-effective solution wherever possible.  A client recently joked with me, that I have performed CPR on their boiler many times over the last few years, to keep it ticking over for as long as possible.
